Who we are

MCR Body Work Ltd (company number 16438990), 3 Cross Street, Greengate, Salford, M3 7DU. You can reach us on 07918 069007 or at [email protected].

What we collect

• Your name and phone number when you message or call us
• The photos of your car you send us, and its registration
• Records of work carried out on your car, which we keep for our own records
• Anonymous usage data about how this website is used

Why we hold it

To price the work you have asked about, book your car in, carry out and invoice the work. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

WhatsApp

Most people send us photos on WhatsApp. Messages sent that way are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy as well as ours. We keep the photos only as long as we need them to price and do the job.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to remember your cookie choice. The embedded Google map sets cookies of its own, which is why it does not load until you accept. You can decline and the site will work normally, without the map.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work carried out are kept for six years for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
