Who you're dealing with
MCR Body Work Ltd, company number 16438990, registered at 3 Cross Street, Greengate, Salford, M3 7DU.
Prices from photos
A price given from your photos is based on what we can see in them. If the damage turns out to be worse once the car is with us, for example rust under paint or a cracked mounting behind a bumper, we will stop and tell you the new price before carrying on. We will not do work beyond what you have agreed without asking first.
Parts
Where a job needs a part, we tell you before you agree the price and the part is included in it. Parts are ordered once you confirm the job. If a part you have chosen turns out to be unavailable, we will offer you the nearest alternative and the price for it before fitting anything.
Booking and cancellation
Please let us know as early as you can if you cannot make a booking, so we can offer the space to someone else. We do not charge a cancellation fee, but parts already ordered for your job may still need to be paid for.
Payment
Payment is due on collection unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card and bank transfer. Vehicles remain our property in law until the invoice is settled in full.
Paint and finish
Paint is mixed from your car's colour code and blended into the surrounding panels. On older cars with faded paint, an exact match to the original colour may not be possible without painting further panels, and we will tell you this when we price the job. Freshly painted panels should not be washed with a pressure washer or polished for 30 days.
Vehicles left with us
Please remove valuables before leaving your vehicle. We take reasonable care of vehicles on the premises but cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings left inside.
Vehicles not collected within 14 days of us telling you the work is finished may incur a reasonable storage charge.
Complaints
Speak to us first. Most things are sorted quickly. Call 07918 069007 or email [email protected]. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
